ZBA Public Hearing on SolSource Application

The Town of Western Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a public hearing on March 24, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. regarding the Special Use Permit application by SolSource Power, LLC

to erect a photovoltaic energy facility in the former Anderegg Gravel Bed operation on Sly Hill Rd.  All interested persons will be heard.  Speakers will be limited to a maximum of 5 minutes,

and the topic is limited to the Special Use Permit application. Speakers may be recorded on both voice and video.

Written comments may be read at the meeting in addition to the speakers and will be posted on the Town of Western website as well.
