Town Assessor

For January and February, Office Hours are 5-7pm on Wednesdays (except Jan 1 ) at the Town Hall, 9219 Main Street, Westernville, NY

For May the Assessor will have office hours during the following times at the Western Town Hall..  He will also have available the Tentative Assessment Roll.  It is advisable to make an appointment with the assessor by calling 315-827-4523 or email to westernassessor@gmail.com.

May Hours:

• Wednesdays              May 7, 14, 21   5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
• Monday May 12         4:30 - 8:30 p.m.
• Saturday May    17     (10-12AM - by telephone or appt only),   1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
• Monday May 26          3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Wednesday, May 28, 2025,  4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Western Town Hall to hear all complaints in relation to assessments for which a proper application (Form RP-524) has been filed by an owner or representative. All complaint forms must be filed either with the Assessor on or before May 28, or with the Review Board on May 28.  Appointments with the Board of Assessment Review are advised, and should be made with the assessor.
